YOUR DOG’S VIDEO COULD WIN £100 – COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This competition is open to UK residents aged over 18 and is run independently to the SuperDog of the Month photography competition
1. The Promoter
The promoter is: SuperDog of the Month on behalf of Barrett & Coe Limited (company no. 02751893) whose registered office is at 3 Warners Mill, Silks Way, Braintree, Essex, CM7 3GB
2. Eligibility
This competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, and excludes employees/contractors of SuperDog of the Month, Approved and Recomended Studios/Franchise Studios and their families of Baby of the Month, Portrait Appointments Limited or Barrett & Coe Limited.
3. How to Enter
3.1 One entry per person, per calendar year, is permitted. Subsequent entries or entries on behalf of another person are not accepted.
3.2 To enter: submit a video of your dog at www.superdogofthemonth.co.uk/video/
3.3 Video entries must be a minimum of 20 seconds in length
3.4 No entry fee, or purchase, is required to enter the competition.
3.5 The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that do not upload successfully, including, but not limited to, any technical failure, or network, server, computer, or software failure of any kind.
4. The Prize
4.1 Competition winners will each receive a cheque for £100.
4.2 The Promoter reserves the right to change the value of this prize if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.
4.3 Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
5. Winners
5.1 The decisions of the judging panel are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.2 Winners will be notified by email. The prize will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery to the winner’s supplied address.
5.3 Please allow for 14 days for delivery.
5.4 We reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement for any winners that cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification.
6. Data Protection and Publicity
6.1 Upon entry to this competition, you are providing your name and contact details to SuperDog of the Month and not to any other party. This information is provided to administer the competition and will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here
6.2 Each winner agrees to the use of his/her name and video in any publicity material chosen by the promoter. These include, but are not limited to, social media channels and websites. Entrants agree that their video may be combined with other videos, text and graphics, and cropped, altered or modified.
7. General
7.1 By entering this competition, entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize(s) to anyone found to be in breach of these terms and conditions.
7.2 The promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
