Photographer Excellence Award Winner – Sarah James

Congratulations to Sarah James Photography who has been chosen as winner of the latest SuperDog Photographer Excellence Awards!

The awards were formed to recognise the quality of photography among our Approved and Recommended studios and are judged by a representative of our charity partner Hearing Dogs for Deaf People.

Three of Sarah’s entries were selected for their excellence in the latest SuperDog of the Month competition and, as a winner, she receives £50 and a winner’s certificate.

We caught up with Sarah to get her reaction to her success: “Wow, I’m honoured to have been chosen for the SuperDog Excellence Award. It’s fantastic to have my hard work recognised like this. Thank you so much”

Sarah started her career 27 years ago, initially as a part-time wedding assistant whilst studying photography where she worked alongside various well-known photographers on the South Coast. In 2006, she went solo and launched Sarah James photography, initially going mobile and shooting in people’s homes.

In 2011, Sarah took the plunge and opened her own studio specialising in portrait photography, photographing maternity, newborns, babies, families and pets. Sarah prides herself in being able to offer a relaxed and stress-free environment for all her client’s sessions.

The studio is located in Fareham Town Centre, the historical old high street, within walking distance of the main shopping centre, with lots of cafes, public transport and parking nearby.
